Annika Harris

Naturopathy & Acupuncture

Mondays 2pm – 8pm
Wednesdays 8am – 1pm

Annika has over 5 years of clinical experience and holds both a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Masters of Applied Science (Acupuncture). Through her training and education she has developed a strong understanding on the importance of addressing each person as an individual in a holistic manner.

Annika aims to discover the underlying cause of an illness through collaboration and consultation with her clients. Her treatment plans aim to educate and empower the patient so they can make the necessary changes to continue on their path to wellness. In a naturopathy consult, this is achieved through diet and lifestyle advice, functional and pathological testing and the provision of herbal and nutritional supplementation. In an acupuncture setting, Annika uses her understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide a treatment plan of therapeutic acupuncture, cupping and/or moxibustion.

Annika has a special interest in treating a variety of conditions including;
• Female hormone balance
• Gastrointestinal disorders
• Autoimmune disease
• Sleep issues
• Anxiety and stress
• General detoxification
• Allergies
